Challenge:
While e-commerce has set a high bar for speed and simplicity, most donation experiences remain fragmented and overly complex. DonorPal approached us to help define a mobile-first donation experience—designed to reduce friction, streamline decision-making, and make both one-time and recurring giving feel effortless.
Approach:
We grounded the experience in familiar e-commerce checkout patterns, structuring the flow to minimize steps and cognitive load while maintaining clarity and trust. By pairing this with a clean, modern interface and lightweight interaction design, we created a system optimized for speed, usability, and repeat engagement—bringing the efficiency of commerce into the world of charitable giving.

The resulting experience establishes a clear, scalable foundation for mobile-first giving—bringing the speed and clarity of e-commerce into the donation space.
